Notes：
- A 20-50% expedite service fee will be demanded when the rates for the translation of special documents (e.g. national standards, professional standards, patent documents, medical documents, legal documents, contracts, advertisements, etc.), documents in minor languages or documents with special requirements may be decided through separate consultation.
- Translation fee is calculated on the basis of the final number of Chinese characters (for English-Chinese translation, translation fee is based on the computer-indicated number of Chinese characters).
- The minimum rate for translation jobs each with less than 500 characters is RMB80/job for English-Chinese translation, or RMB100/job for Chinese-English translation, while the minimum rate for the translation of minor languages may be decided through separate consultation. For a translation job with more than 500 but less than 1,000 characters, translation fee is charged on the basis of 1,000 characters. For a translation job with more than 1,000 characters, translation fee is charged according to the actual number of characters; A 20-50% expedite service fee will be demanded when a customer requires instant translation or the completion of translation within eight hours or before the scheduled deadline.
- We offer free document pickup and delivery, and can provide one printed copy and one electronic copy for each translation free of charge.
- We can establish detailed professional glossaries for long-term and large customers.

- Eight hours are deemed one working day and a period of service less than four hours is deemed half a working day, except for simultaneous translation, for which the service rate may be decided through separate consultation.
- For written translation in interpretation service, In addition the written translation fee will be charged
- Two interpreters are required in each simultaneous interpretation.
- For non-local interpretation service, the 20% additional fee will be charged, and the customer needs to undertake the interpreter's transportation and accommodation expenses.
- Consecutive interpretation is subject to booking 3-10 working days in advance and the execution of a service contract.
- Simultaneous interpretation is subject to booking 5-12 working days in advance and the execution of a service contract.The rates for the interpretation of minor languages and interpretation service in special circumstances may be decided through separate consultation.
- We can provide simultaneous interpretation equipment when required by the customer.
